FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

1) How do you customize your speeches and workshops?

I conduct thorough research into your company and industry to ensure my programs are tailored to your needs.

Here's how I do my research:

  • I do Internet research on your company, your industry and your competition so I am up to date on meaningful trends affecting your business.

  • If possible, before my first session with a new client, I do phone interviews with several potential audience members so I can uncover "hot button" issues and areas of greatest need.

  • If you have a retail location or call center, I'll conduct a "mystery shop" to investigate how your employees deal with sales and service issues. I'll incorporate some of these real life examples into my session to provide a true to life experience for your team.

2) How long are your speeches and workshops?

My speeches and break-out sessions vary from 30 - 60  minutes.  They can be tailored to fit your event schedule.

My workshops can be booked as a half-day or full-day training session depending upon your needs.

I'm flexible and can adapt if my segment needs to be cut or expanded on short notice.

3) How do you handle expenses?

I've done meeting planning before so I know what happens if a "prima donna" speaker puts through extravagant expenses. I'll help you stay within your budget by keeping travel expenses to a minimum.

I travel coach class airfares whenever possible. I also keep meal expenses to a pre-set minimum and don't drink alcohol, so you'll never have to worry about surprise hotel charges.

If I am flying on behalf of two or more clients in a given city, I'll prorate the airfare so each client can share in the savings.

After all, I'm here to assist you in making your event a success.
